The environmental upgrading of No 4 Market place has now been completed. The energy performance of the building before refurbishment was rated as G, greater than 150. Upon completion of the refurbishment work its now rated as B, between 26 and 50.
This represents an IMPROVEMENT OF 72%!! ( well done Ian). The B rating is about the highest achievable for a refurbished building.
